My place is close to public transport, nightlife, and the city centre. The tram will cost you 1.30 Euro and is valid for 75 minutes. If you wish to visit Venice, you can take the train for as little as 4.10 Euro each way. You’ll love my place because of the location and the people. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Some of you have asked as to parking, and yes you can and best of all its free. One last point :-) If you want to cook, great as long as you share how it's done.

The space

Haha haha, this one made me smile and the simple answer is ME :-) as you are not a stranger but like myself a fellow traveler.

Guest access

We have no boundaries as such, and just want you to feel relaxed and comfortable with your stay. Not complicated and thats how it should be :-)
I have to add one more point :-) The washing machine ! Yes it can be used but due to the frequent request, I will have to ask you to be prepared to pay 3 euro for each load/wash. When it was only once or twice a month :-) it was OK. Now its 6 to 8 times and that costs money. Hope you will understand this charge.

Interaction with guests

As a traveler myself, I fully understand the stress we sometimes go through on trying to get to know the area and where to go and how. This is something I'm more than happy to help with. All you need to do is ask, it's that simple.

Other things to note

I feel I should add this as even to me it looks strange. The wording 0.5 bathroom, is how Airbnb word it :-) In-fact you have your own bathroom, but you have to share the shower :-) On your own off-course I mean :-) Hope that clears that point for you all.

Bill was the perfectly balanced host: kind, casual, so friendly and welcoming while also prepared and professional. He is also a seriously interesting human, so be sure to leave a little time for a chat! We had many memorable talks in the kitchen, we very much hope to get the chance to continue these conversations sometime in the future! Because of bills impeccable hosting the place was very easy to access. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept like babies after a long day tramping around Venice. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful however we were still able to find very tasty Pizza late at night ( which we ate while watching a public showing of a Italian art film on the street... Only in Italy!) Bill went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, we only wish that our stay could have been longer! Thank you Bill for such a wonderful stay!

Bill is an exceptional host and truly amazing guy! He picked us up at the train station and made sure to give us specific directions on how to use the tram and get around the area! (The area was super easy to navigate with his help) The room itself was spacious with lots of cupboard space and a comfy bed. Bill was extremely accommodating setting us up with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! Overall, the space was just what we needed, and Bill was a helpful, knowledgable, lovely host! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Bill! :)

Our stay at bills was great, he picked us up from the train station and gave us all the info we needed about Padova and venice, showed us the easiest ways of getting around and pretty much anything you wanted to know really. The place is nice and clean, next to a small park and close to a supermarket wich was helpful because we cooked our own meals whilst there. There's a lift in the apartment so you don't have to carry everything up the stairs. We really felt welcome there, bill was a great host and a very genuine guy. Helped us out with all our needs. If your passing by Padova, i would highly recommend staying a couple of nights here.

Bill was friendly and informative man. He speaks good english too! We arrived by bus and he pick us up from the train station which save the hassel of looking for his house by ourself. (a bonus point for him). His house very near the train station. I also want to thank Bill for allowing my wife to cook. That night was the best home cook food made by my wife. Myself and my wife missed home cook food a lot. Thanks Bill for making us feel at home. We will visit you again & take care !

Bill was a great host, he gave me lots of tips and was very hospitable. I really enjoyed my stay at his place. Not only did Bill pick me up from the Padova station but also dropped me off at the bus station very early in the morning so that I could catch a bus to the airport. A fantastic place and host - both worth recommendation.

I stopped work about five years ago :-) after feeling it was time to live a little. I travel very light and have achieved wonders as to what one can pack in a 10kg flight bag.As for my host, just be who you are and that works for me.
As for my own personality, my friends call me a social chameleon and yes I do get on with everyone. Its ask what 5 things you cant live without and that for me is, my mobile and my tab.As with out these I would be lost ;-)
Life motto :- Every one is in tilted to there own thinking and beliefs, life can be that simple if you want it enough in yours.
