This new beautiful sunny 2-room attic apartment is located in the beautiful Zwickau Marienthal West / Fernblick district. From the balcony there is a unique panoramic view to the west. Just across the street is the White Borne Forest, which invites you to relax and take great walks. Bus lines 18, 21 and 213 are within walking distance and right around the corner. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need (a supermarket, bakery, restaurant, doctor, pharmacy).

The space
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor / attic and is completely newly furnished. There are only 3 tenants in the house, so you can unwind and relax here. In the bedroom there is a large new box spring bed and in the living room a large new sofa bed to pull out. Linen, towels and pillows/blankets are all provided
