I am close to parks, hiking trails, art, music, and the airport. I live in the house and you would be renting a bedroom and bathroom from within the house. Your bed is full size. there is a T.V. in your room. The Botanical Gardens and the Phoenix Zoo are ten minutes away. The nearest grocery store is less than two miles away, (Trader Joe's)
Laundry facilities, and restaurants are just down the street. Public transportation is close by. I have no pets in my home.
