We are a proud Superhost destination close to Wasaga Beach (15-20 mins), Collingwood (20-25 mins) and Blue Mountain Village (30-35 mins.) The place is super cozy (you may not want to leave.) You'll love the location, the privacy, the amenities, the owners, the value, and (especially) the dog. This place is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and canine accomplices. We have tried to think of everything but welcome suggestions should you have any.

The space
The space at 284 Warrington Road (The Warrington Roadhouse) consists of two rooms and a two piece bath. The front / sitting area is 8' x 11' and the combination sleeping / TV area is 8' x 16'. It is an addition to the main building and has its own entrance so it is totally private. Access to WiFi, Apple TV, & Netflix is included. There is also a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine & kettle. Coffee pods and tea bags are supplied. The decor is vintage cool with a music motif. The bed is a full size double. You are walking distance (10 minutes ) to the main street in Stayner. You are about 15 -20 minutes from both Wasaga Beach and the town of Collingwood and 30-35 minutes from Blue Mountain Village by car. There is ample parking. We are happy to help try and make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you need anything while you are here - just ask.

Guest access
PLEASE READ. Until the Covid 19 situation is over we are no longer allowing access to the main house bathroom for showering. The suite does have its own washroom but just a two piece so if this is a concern I suggest you try and find other suitable accommodations. It is unfortunate but we feel that practicing social distancing at this time is a wise move to keep everyone safe.

Other things to note
We very much appreciate notice as to when you might arrive (just text or message Kim) and also ask that you try your best to arrive between the hours of 3:00pm and 9:00pm if possible. Please note: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the property AT ANY TIME.

The house is on a road that has train tracks (no longer in use) and a walking path that runs its entire length. There is a miniature horse farm a ways down the road (the horses are miniature - not the farm) and there's a good bet the neighbours will invite you over for a refreshment if they are hanging out in the yard. It's a beautiful country setting that is close to "civilization".

During your stay
We are happy to assist you in any way we can to make your stay enjoyable. Checking in is easy. Drive in and knock on the door to the main house. You'll meet Kim and/or Kat and Hunter. Hunter will announce your arrival with barking and then will want to sniff you (to see if you are perhaps carrying any dog treats or other food that he can con you out of.) And then get the tour. If you are a guitar player and need to borrow an instrument during your stay I'll be happy to accommodate you. Morning espresso upon request (weekends only.)
