The space
The house has Free Parking, fiber optic ONE GIG Mbps high speed Wifi, big kitchen and and free laundry. The big deck is a good place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing with a cold beer in hand or a glass of wine to enjoy the garden and fresh air. My place is a house not an apartment, so you have a lot more room to unwind; the bedroom is bright and airy facing the garden with a huge window framing the view. The new mattress and the 800 thread counts beddings greeting you every night, You'll feel very happy and relaxed the this environment.

The location is very convenient to almost all the attractions in Vancouver; it's an upscale, beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood; but the price of the rental doesn't reflect it. You'll get a lot more bang for the Bucks; there are a lot to do, to see within 10 minutes walk distance.

I have two spare bedrooms if needed, it could accommodate 4 - 5 people. The bathroom is shared with other room if there are guests there.

you'd be seeing the bloodiest scenes of him tearing apart and enjoying the stolen meal right beside you ! Who is the boss here !

The famous Walkway & Bike route connecting to downtown, Stanley Park and many adjacent cities is right behind the back alley of my house. There are numerous all kinds of grocery stores alone the transit routes as well. You could easily pick up whatever you want on the way home, either cooked or ingredients needed to cook a wonderful meal by yourself.

My house is in a very cozy, safe, secluded area but yet very convenient to public transportations to downtown and most of the attractions in Vancouver. It's also very close to major high/freeways. The famous Trout Lake Park is only 5 minutes walk away from my house. You could go for a nice walk, enjoy the wonderful scenery or go for a swim and lounge on the beautiful beach soaking up the sun, the ambience and everything this great city could offer. The most vibrant Commercial Dr. are minutes walk away. You could take a stroll alone the street and experience what the Drive has to offer. There are so many kinds of entertainments you could enjoy from cuisines of every tastes you could think of. There are all kinds of specialties stores from fashion to hardware stores you could browse through. There are also all kinds of entertainment facilities from bowling alleys, sports bars to movie theaters... The Britannia Community Center offers all kinds of classes if you want to learn something. More importantly, it has a swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, ice skating ring, and many other activities you could enjoy with very little costs. The Skytrain station, bus no. 2,7, 9,20 and 99 are all within 5 - 20 minutes walking distances. Living in my house, You don't need cabs or designated drivers...You'll have all you need and live comfortably without needing a car.
