This 1840 house sits on a quiet street near the bottom of South Hill, 3 blocks from the Commons and a half-mile from 6 Mile Creek and a waterfall.

The house has an open floor plan that floods with light, multi level decks overlooking a creek, a chef's kitchen with industrial stove, 2 skylighted bedrooms, heated floors, clawfoot tub, stained glass windows and an extensive library. There is a downstairs living room or office complete with a projector that you are welcome to use.

Greg is a friendly and welcoming host. His place is lovely; it's in a peaceful location but close to downtown restaurants and public transit. The bedroom and kitchen are well equipped with anything you might need. Amazing place to stay if you are a lover of books!
