The cottage was lovely, on an amazing location and we had a warm welcome with the peat fire already on. It's a perfect base to explore the surroundings, just a short drive away from all the other islands with its beautiful hills, beaches and wildlife. It's very comfortable and we had an excellent holiday, would happily go back another time.

Fantastic place to get away from it all and recharge. The cottage has everything you need and beautiful views. A short walk from the the stunning south Uist coast. I would definitely go back!

We had a lovely time in S Uist. The house was great, well-equipped, comfortable and an excellent base for travelling. We enjoyed the sights and the friendliness and hospitality of the local people. So, thanks very much, we had an excellent holiday, Sine. We hope to stay at your place again one day!

The photos provided don't do this cottage justice, it's beautiful and much more spacious than presented. The cottage was really clean and the bed comfortable. The hosts were great, pre-lighting the fire for check in. It was lovely to be somewhere without WiFi to get away from the internet for a while.

A warm Hebridean welcome awaits from friendly and helpful hosts for a property with the warm glow of a peat fire with radiators. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed; remote location with regular sightings from the windows of short-eared owl, hen harrier and red deer stag; views of the hills on one side and the sea with amazing nearby beaches on the other make this a very special place - albeit a fair distance from the nearest shops so come prepared or provisioned and don't rely on the bus service. The cottage is much more spacious than it appears from the range of photos.
