With a generous surface area of close to 120m2, it has two large bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom, and is decorated in a modern yet classical style with fresh contemporary touches which bring it right up to date without detracting from its homeliness. Superb quality finishings provide warmth and a sense of overall wellbeing: wooden floors, coverings and doors, and large windows which provide complete insulation from any outside noise.
The property has preserved many of the structural and decorative elements typical of the stately homes in this area of the city, such as the columns in the living room, the wooden vertical support beams, and the small balconies. Houses are no longer built like this!
The décor affords practicality and a modern classicism, with mute tones which convey a sense of order and peace, and more colourful details such as ethnic rugs and mirrors, lithographs and pictures on the walls to liven up the whole.
The layout of the property is a continuous flow of connected spaces in an open-plan design. The living area is equipped with a TV, comfortable easy chairs, a large sofa and a coffee table, as well as practical auxiliary pieces which enhance the style and create separate areas for reading or work.

The whole apartment is at your disposal with the apartment ready and prepared for your stay: the beds made, heating (or air conditioning) on and the fridge with water, milk, butter, bread, coffee and a few additional things in the fully equipped kitchen.

Check-in times are between 15:00 and 20:30. If you want to arrive any earlier, please check availability in advance.
Check-in between 20:30 and 22:30 will have a surcharge of 30€; check-in after 22.30 a surcharge of 50€. This amount will be payable to our staff member meeting you on arrival.

Should anything not be working correctly or if you encounter a problem, please notify us immediately via email or via phone. Please note that it is forbidden to smoke in the whole property. It is also forbidden to hold any sort of parties on the premises or gathering of any large groups (with large group we refer to more people than can sit down to dine). Please remember that this is an apartment with neighbours hence noise level should be minded depending on the time of the morning, day or night. We do love children but ask you please to ensure that no damage is done to the property. The property should be kept clean, rubbish disposed of and the washing up made prior to departure. If the property is not left in a good condition, we will charge you for an additional final cleaning fee.

We created the agency as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too.
