Quiet and duplex unit in the beautiful and hip neighbourhood of Mt. Pleasant. The place has the qualities of a classic Vancouver character home, built in 1907 with original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a quiet back yard. The unit has 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a front and back porch. Within 2 blocks of Main street's numerous restaurants, microbreweries, and shopping. A 10 minute walk to the Canada Line, giving easy access to downtown and YVR airport.

The space
This cozy duplex with high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and private front and back porches, includes:

A Queen-sized bed; 1 large closet; a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, living room with an HDTV with Chromecast & NETFLIX; turntable + variety of vinyls; high speed WIFI; and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave).

The neighbours in the duplex live upstairs in another separate unit. This is a quiet home so we ask that guests be respectful in regards to noise (listening to music at lower volumes at night and being quiet on the patios after 9:30pm).

My place is less than two blocks from Main Street's great shops, restaurants, brewery's, cafes, banks, a major grocery store and a 24 hour convenience store. Main street was recently named in the top 15 "coolest streets" in North America (URL HIDDEN)
The place is less than a 15 minute walk from Broadway & Cambie Canada Line Skytrain station, with service to YVR Airport and downtown; the Olympic Village and the Sea Wall; as well as almost 200 truly great restaurants. Granville Island; the City Center; and Gastown are less than a 10 minute drive away. The neighbourhood is full of parks and green space, and consists mostly of families and young working professionals.
