Easy access to 417 hwy. 2 min drive from Canadian Tire Center and Tanger Outlet. 2 min drive to Groceries and Shopper's. 5 min drive to LCBO, eateries, movie theater, gas station, coffee, Walmart McDonald's, pubs, gas station etc.
