Guest Access:

You will have complete and private access to the entire upper unit of the building (unit 68 Upper), which has its own separate entrance on the RIGHT side of the property. This includes the living room, kitchen, all three bedrooms, the bathroom, and the private balcony.

You are also welcome to use the shared backyard space. Self check-in is available for your convenience; you will receive an email with your unique access code and other details one day before your arrival.

Noise:

This is an upper-floor suite in a fourplex. While the building is insulated, some everyday sounds from the suite below may be audible, just as they may hear you. We mention this for guests who are particularly sensitive to sound.

Accessibility:

There are a few steps from the sidewalk to the building's entrance. Once inside the private entrance, there is a full flight of approximately eight stairs leading up to your unit.

Supplies:

We provide a starter kit of essential supplies to help you get settled. For longer stays, you may need to replenish these items.

Surroundings:

The property backs onto St. Mary's Cemetery. It is barely visible from the house due to the placement of the garage and a privacy lattice, but we believe in full transparency about the home's surroundings.

Security:

For your safety and security, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property.
