This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$19 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a queen sized bed with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

STRICTLY NO PETS, SMOKING, HOUSE PARTIES, YELLING OR LOUD MUSIC PLEASE.

Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

NOISE
In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine of AU$200 or more by our local council or the local police station.

SMOKING
If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.

PETS
Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AU$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.

COOKING
If you plan to cook, that's fine but please note that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the windows and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

Check-ins are anytime after 2pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10am.

Potential for noise - Building facade maintenance from the hours of 7:30am - 3:00pm weekdays only. Please keep blinds closed for privacy if required.
No parking on property - The nearest paid parking lots are available at “COBB & CO CAR PARK” - 374 Lonsdale St, which is a 2min walk away from us.

Great little apartment close to everything. Could be noisy at night with the street traffic. Great communication and even allowed for early check in.

Really amazing location for this airbnb. Minutes away from Melbourne Central, teams etc. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is that there is no aircon, which meant we had a few very uncomfortably hot nights as it is summer. The drying machine also creates a lot of heat in the small flat which is hard to get rid of with only 1 window. Also the fire alarm is really sensitive which we didn't know about. It made it really hard for us to cook anything, so we had to always eat out which was a bit expensive. But overall really clean and lovely apartment! Comfortable for two but can definitely fit 3!

Staying at Jared's place was a great experience. I arrived a little earlier than expected and wanted to drop off my luggage prior to the 2pm check in and Jared was able to accommodate this. Further, the place was clean and looks identical to that as portrayed in the picture. Most importantly, the location could not be beat. Close to the train station, shopping central etc. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

That is a great apartment and with wonderful location, it is near to QV, Chinatown and other shopping center. That's convince for the customer. The apartment is the same as the picture and have towel, shampoo, shower gel and everything you need. Great experience. Thanks!!

The apartment was very centrally located. It was cosy and clean. The only downside was that the curtains didn't entirely block the windows and there were construction workers working directly outside the windows.

Great location, easy to get to everything. Bed was comfortable and apartment was warm. Couldn't open the windows unfortunately as the outside of the building is under construction, so it was a bit noisy, but it was quite cheap and in such a convenient spot that it was worth it. Apartment was clean, and communication was great, they made it easy. Thanks!

Great apartment, great amenities, great location, great host. Only downfall the heater doesn't provide enough heat to the entire apartment. But other than that it was a perfect stay.
