Charming 95 sqm apartment located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building, able to accommodate up to 5 people. The property is located on Via Livornese, a few meters from the "Ciclopista del Trammino", a cycle path that connects the city of the Tower to the sea of ​​Marina di Pisa among breathtaking landscapes.
The accommodation has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small private courtyard. It is possible to park a car in front of the entrance.
