Paul is a great host, chill, friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. Check in wasn't supposed to be until noon, but he was happy to meet us early in the morning and let us drop our stuff off early. The house is really cool, it's got an artsy sort of industrial hipster vibe. The house was very clean and comfortable. The area felt very safe, and is located right near the Avenue, where a bunch of shops are. The first floor has the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom, the second floor has the guest room. The room isn't huge, but it's plenty large for two people, and it has it's own bathroom. There is only one bed in the bedroom, but it's big enough for two 5'6" people to share comfortably. Otherwise, there are two couches in the living room down stairs, at least one of which looks like a pullout. The bedroom has an in window A.C. unit and a fan, both of which work quite well, and there is also a balcony off the bedroom. Paul does have a dog, but she is very sweet, quiet and friendly, honestly don't think she barked once (also I didn't notice any dog hair in the bedroom, nor anywhere else for that matter). Overall 10/10 would highly recommend. If I really had to find something to complain about, then I guess the water pressure in the shower could be a little better, but that's trivial. One thing though, I would not recommend staying here if you are mobility impaired, there is a slightly steep flight of stairs to the front door and the path to the back door is a bit narrow.
