Garden level 200 sqf. small, private, self contained studio suite. Private entrance with keyless entry. Guest controlled heated floor. Cozy Queen bed with extra pillows and a pampering duvet, comfortable for 1-2 people. Front garden sitting area. Quiet family neighbourhood. Complimentary shower essentials, hairdryer, luxurious towels.

Neighbourhood highlights

The Commercial drive Neighbourhood is Vancouver's funkiest and most culturally vibrant area. Numerous Cafes, restaurants and shops dot the 20 block of commercial drive between 12th Ave and Venables street. The neighbourhood is famous for its specialty grocers and delis and its reasonably priced produce shops. 'The Drive' is also Vancouver's original 'Little Italy' and still features many Italian restaurants and cafes, including Via Tevere, Vancouver's only certified Neapolitan Pizzeria, but almost all other ethnic foods are also well represented, with some of the city's best Sushi (Kishimoto), Indian food (Sula) and bar food (Havana, Community, The Tangent). Check out Turk's or Moja coffee shops for some of the best espresso in town. You can find Live music mostly on weekends in multiple places too. The Drive is predominantly a family oriented neighbourhood, and is safe to walk around at all hours of the day and night. The newly renovated Grandview Park, with its large playground and grassy area, serves as the neighbourhoods' central hub and the adjacent Britannia Community center provides additional amenities such as a heated indoor pool, gym,sauna and Library. Tranquil Trout Lake hosts weekly farmers market and is 15 walk from our place.
