Welcome to my home!
I have private rooms to choose from. Downstairs, the private room is quieter, cooler, with a queen size bed. The dorm space is the rec room downstairs, that can fit up to 6 people if we set up the air mattresses.

Rest of house- I've built a new deck for outdoor dining and lounging during Seattle's sunny summer days. You'll also be staying in one of the most eco-conscious guesthouses- I've installed solar panels to provide our electricity. I sometimes cook breakfast/brunch, usually offered on the weekends, otherwise help yourself to cereal, tea and coffee, and fruit in the shared kitchen. Conveniently, I'm about 3 miles, 7 minutes drive from the airport; I can pick you up if arranged in advance. Buses and the Lightrail train heading downtown are within walking or biking (borrow one of mine) distance.

Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, 2 bathrooms with plenty of towels and extra toothpaste, washer and dryer, outdoor spaces, including the fruit trees! Also, as I'm an avid outdoor recreation seeker, equipment rental is available (i.e. gear for camping and backpacking, rafting, climbing - if I don't have it, I'll know where to get it, if you're coming to the great Pacific Northwest to explore our recreational adventure opportunities. I have trail passes and maps and informational brochures you can borrow, ad well as my local knowledge to give you tips on places you'd enjoy, whether good places for live music in the city or multi-day backpacking routes, scuba diving, and and skiing.

I'm living here too, so you'll most likely see me at check in, making breakfast in the morning, or working on things around my house. I enjoy having conversations with all my guests! And, when I go out for music, a hike, or a Sounders game, you'll most likely be invited to come along.

Greg was a friendly dude that we didn't meet until breakfast, but he gave us all the necessary information to arrive and get into the house with little trouble. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. The only issues we observed was actually finding …

Greg let us leave our van in Seattle while we went on vacation to San Diego. The room and stay was what I expected from reading reviews and his online description. I came in very late and left very early so can't say much more.

We stayed at Greg's house for one night after coming off of an Alaskan cruise. We met briefly when we checked in, but as it was a busy day for Greg (three soccer games), we didn't get a chance to speak with him again before we left very, very early for the airport the next mornin…

It was okay. I really appreciated that the host got back to me quickly, and was willing to come pick me up late at night & at short notice. On the other hand, I was expecting something else by the word "Eco-friendly" in the title, such as using "eco-friendly" household cleani…
