La La Land is a grand four-bedroom Kariong estate for up to 10 guests, set on 3 acres of landscaped grounds and private bushland. Enjoy a pool with water feature, covered alfresco dining with built-in BBQ, fire pit, home theatre, rumpus room, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating - 15 minutes from Terrigal and Avoca Beach.
The space
Beyond the security gates and private driveway, this two-level designer residence offers generous space for family reunions, milestone celebrations, or group escapes. Bright living and dining areas look out across manicured lawns, the pool, and private bushland, while the freestanding bath in the main suite offers a peaceful place to unwind.
The modern kitchen is designed for group meals, with stainless-steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, breakfast bar, dining table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and barbecue utensils.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests:

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: Double bed, single bed, and trundle
