This spacious 4BR home features a private pond, detached party loft and plenty of parking — perfect for family gatherings, weekends with friends, conferences or team events. Dog-friendly and surrounded by nature while being located just 10 minutes from downtown Moultrie and 30 minutes from historic Thomasville.
The space
The main house has four bedrooms with multiple beds in each room. There are three bathrooms and one half bath. The master room is located downstairs and has a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and have private bathrooms that are joined together by a shared shower. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs off of the laundry room and does not have a private bathroom, but there is a half bath on the first floor.
There are two cozy couches around the fireplace in the family room and TV with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table and ice machine. There is a large porch with a charcoal grill and plenty of seating connecting the main house to the detached “party room.”
The party room includes a half bath, a bar (not stocked) and empty mini fridge for your use as well as games (such as pool, ping pong table and more), couches and a TV.
Around the house is fenced in for dog and children safety. Pets must remain leashed outside of the fenced in area. There are deer, cows and other wild life surrounding.
There is a large, open area for parking multiple cars / trailers. The rest of the property is free to roam including the private pond and wooded areas (foot traffic only around pond and woods).
Please note: This is a rustic home with natural wear and quirks. If you’re seeking a modern, luxury hotel-style stay, this may not be the best fit. Guests who love character and country charm will feel right at home!
Guest access
Entire home is available to guest aside from locked safe , locked master room closet and locked guest house on the opposite side of the property.
Entry to gate and front door via lock code to be provided upon booking.
Other things to note
Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and tools, but guests should bring their own oils, condiments, and pantry items including trash bags and coffee/sugar/creamer. There is a Keurig coffee maker provided.
Two rolls of toilet paper provided in each bathroom. Guests should bring their own bathing items. Towels provided.
