Canal Breeze is a luxury, modern and designer decorated five-bedroom including office, three full bathroom vacation Villa with amazing amenities and beautiful upgrades. Located centrally to Cape Coral Pkwy and Chiquita with a southern facing golf access canal and in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Welcome to Canal Breeze
Canal Breeze is a modern designer furnished five-bedroom including office, three full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing amenities, modern upgrades on an unique south facing rear set up with a gulf access canal.
Canal Breeze is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Walking distance to Chiquita and Cape Coral Pkwy, close to many restaurants and shopping. This beautiful vacation home is situated close to many walking and biking trails and offers guests to explore the beautiful upscale and quiet relaxing neighborhood.
As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views of your blue sparkling pool with a hot tub facing the canal with its south facing exposure.
This home offers tons of space, 2-bedroom suites with patio access and en-suite bathrooms, the oversize pool area offers lounge area, sitting area, outdoor TV, dining setting and amazing tropical views as well as a outdoor kitchen (please note the built in BBQ is owner usage only, we do have a stand alone BBQ for our guests to use). Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home with ample of space.
Canal Breeze features beautiful modern décor, the five bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two twin bed room as well as a guest room with a twin trundle bed that also offers a designated office all set up with a split floor plan.
Two of the bedrooms have their private En -suite bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third, fourth and fifth bedroom have a hallway bathroom and the office is located within the fifth bedroom that has the twin bed with trundle combo set up.
The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in amble of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the jacuzzi or just relaxing on the sun ledge.
The home has an outdoor kitchen (pls. note built in BBQ is not available to our guests) with a separate rollaway/standalone BBQ.
Canal Breeze truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our Reservations Department in advance to confirm availability.
• Pets are only permitted in properties specifically listed as “pet-friendly.” For those homes, a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be included at the time of booking.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties.
• The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings.
• If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use.
• For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals. This will require acknowledgment and reinforces the Terms and Conditions already outlined on the booking platform.
