A luxurious king size mattress. Plenty of storage in the chest of drawers, and a 2 person sitting area for reading. The bathroom features double sinks and an oversized shower that's connects to a very large walk in closet capable of handling extended stays.
The Queen bedroom is delightfully appointed with a Samsung 40" LED TV, dresser, 2 nightstands, and large closet.
The den is desk, filing cabinet, office supplies its very complete with an HP 8620 Wi Fi Printer, scanner copier. Comcast secure Wi Fi with 12MG speed, makes for quick downloads or surfing the web.
All linens are 540 thread count Egyptian Sateen cotton. Towels are finest cottons and ultra soft. I've strive to keep the most luxurious amenities within my home especially with regard to the linens.
Rent the entire apartment with King Master Suite or a private Queen bedroom, just let me know what space you desire. I will price according to your needs.
The home is located in a very secure controlled access gated golf course community. Full time guard access is controlled 24/7 with gates and manned guards. You wont have unexpected guest or drop by visitors entering the community.
The location is superb. Close to the beaches (Vanderbilt and Delanor Wiggins State Park), shopping and nightlife (Mercado). All less than five minutes.
A car is required, as public transportation is limited. 1 reserved parking space and plenty of additional guest parking across from unit.
The community offers a pool that's is just a 30 seconds walk. There is rarely ever anyone at.
I strive to keep my home clean and immaculate. I ask all guest respect and maintain my home in the same manner for myself and future guest. Feel free to use as much of the supplies you like: Wine, beer, alcohol to sundries items: Tide, Downy and etc. Just please replenish them for the next guest with the same brands and products.
Wi-Fi, Community Pool, Kitchen, Kitchen Equipment, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Dining room and great room. Entire apartment, Or can rent a private Queen bedroom if you don't desire or need the King Master suite (entire unit). Let me know I will price accordingly.
Interaction with guests
Limited, If I am here at all as I travel frequently. If I am here I am working in the den (office) or in my bedroom. But I'm very social and easy going. I tend to eat out more than dining at home.
