Prime location between Harvard/Porter sq. King bed, own bathroom, offering good value for two people. Off street family home, quiet yet yards away from all the action. The room is mostly taken up by the bed. There is ample cupboard and drawer space for a short stay,
and a wall mounted TV with cable.
The house is eclectic, furnished with vintage furniture, and maybe a bit of a fixer upper by American standards but most people love it. The shower head is new but the bathtub is old, and has a few hard water stains by the tap. The room is not pitch black in the mornings, so some guests may like to bring an eye mask. I would also add that this is not a pristine secluded guest room but rather a comfortable rickety little room amidst a family home, would suit young informal people not too worried about absolute privacy. Very occasionally I get a complaint of noise or some dust, please be specific in your review otherwise I won't know how to address the complaint.
The garden and its seating area, light use of the kitchen and dining area.
Interaction with guests
As little or as much as I sense you like.
Other things to note
I rent out one other room on airbnb, on the floor below, and I have a 17 year old son, so while the household is not noisy there will be the sound of life.
