Tastefully renovated, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. microwave, dishwasher, gas stove & oven, large fridge/freezer) is part of a lovely open plan living area with polished jarrah floorboards and dining area. The lounge area with comfortable leather lounges includes Smart TV, DVD and ipod dock. With a wood fire and air conditioners throughout, this house caters wonderfully for a great holiday atmosphere regardless of the season.
At Entry level, the main bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, with a small room to the side with 2 single beds ideal for smaller children. A second bedroom on this level has a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds.
The 'bunkroom' downstairs is ideal for those with teenage children, or for larger groups requiring more space. There is sleeping for 5 people with a common area providing TV and a small kitchenette. In this area is a queen bed, a double bed and a single bed. All linen, towels, pillows, blankets/doonas, are provided to ease the luggage load.
There are 2 bathrooms at the property, both with a shower Vanity and WC. A top loader washing machine is provided for those staying a little longer.
Facing north, the decking area overlooking the magnificent Yallingup vista, has been designed for maximum usage. Teak outdoor furniture, and cushioned jarrah recliner chairs makes it the perfect place to sit and relax and watch the beautiful Yallingup sunsets.

Yallingup, Western Australia, Australia

This property is located "On the Hill" at Yallingup and therefore has lovely views. The pathway to the beach ( that runs down the centre of the hill) is 20 m for the house so approx. a 3 min walk to the beach. Approx a 10 min walk through the walkway to Caves House Hotel.

I have lived in this area of the world for 35 years and fondly call it home. I love that there is always a sheltered beach within a 15 min drive ( if the one of your doorstep is windy), open spaces and National Parks, magnificent wineries, and friendly people. It's a pleasure to share this place with travelling guests, and I hope they also enjoy visiting, what this corner of Australia offers.
