The space
We think you'll appreciate the history of our lovely coach house. It was originally an art studio for Mr Gugler, a lithographer. When we excavated during the first renovation, we unearthed a lot of his old lithography stones. He also incorporated the lithography stones in the fireplace, which we hope you'll enjoy. From 1993-2008 it was my art studio. Our family has enjoyed the 27 years that we have lived in our home. We're approaching the centennial anniversary of the coach house which predates our house. We hope you love it as much as we do!

The coach house is a very special place that used to be my art studio. It predates our house which was built in 1920. Mr. Gugler was the original owner and he had his lithography studio above the barn, back when you could have livestock and outhouses south of the Route 38. You'll love the fireplace which has some of his lithography stones incorporated in the brick surround. Our yard has many mature trees which gives the coach house a tree house vibe.
