A welcome pack of bread, butter, milk and eggs is provided on your arrival. Tea, coffee and sugar can be found in canisters in the cupboard.
All linens and towels are provided.
Please remove shoes at the door.
No pets please.
No smoking inside the property. You are welcome to smoke outside the building.
No parties please. No Hen or stag parties.
Please respect our neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum. Please do your best to not allow the doors in communal areas to slam.
Please strip the beds on your departure and leave the bedding and used towels in the bath. We would also appreciate it if you would dispose of your rubbish in the bin store (near the carpark door).
Please ensure the windows and doors are closed and locked when you are out.
Please only use the parking space labelled with the flat number.
Please turn off lights and sockets when not in use (apart from the fridge freezer).
Please note the cleaning fee covers basic cleaning, laundry and ironing. You are expected to leave the property as you found it, taking all rubbish and personal belongings with you :-)
On your departure, please make sure all the storage heaters are turned ON at the wall. Please also turn down the OUTPUT to 1, the lowest setting, and make sure that INPUT is turned up to 6.
