Upon arrival, a brief seasonal rental agreement must be signed confirming the non-tourist purpose of your stay. No further personal explanations are required beyond selecting the general category. Our area is called the Art Triangle, because the city's 3 most important museums are here (Museo del Prado, Museo de Arte Reina SofĂ­a, Museo Thyssen.
*El Rastro is a 10-minute walk.
* VERY safe area at all hours of day and night.
