Perfect place for a trip to DC! About 20 minute walk to Fort Totten and downtown in 6 stops. Transit system was amazing. Close to a Wal-Mart, fast food and groceries. Ended up eating most breakfasts and a couple dinners in to save money and time. Would book again if we plan anoth…

Good value overall considering the place itself, location, and cost per nite. Bus and metro close by helps when wanting to avoid a rental car; but the free onsite car space included was a nice bonus for those with car rentals. Austin was also very prompt with his responses.
