Guest access
The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
Guests use hot tub, pool and other amenities at their own risk. Pool does not have a heater.

CRITTERS:
We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows shut and close them immediately after entering to ensure you aren't letting flies or other critters inside.
