The space

So much more spacious than most apartments - with large L-shaped lounge area, gourmet kitchen with everything supplied (plus espresso coffee machine and pods) a west and a north facing balcony (one with Weber BBQ), 2 large bedrooms (1 en-suite with bath and 1 family bathroom), large study area complete with office desk and office accessories - and a fabulous pull-out double bed for up to 2 adults or children.

I will meet with you at your arrival time to hand over keys and show you around this lovely apartment and the facilities of the building (pool, gym etc..
Ask me any questions and then I will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay - but you are most welcome to call or message me anytime you need

Other things to note

While we ask that you leave the apartment 'essentially' as you found it in a reasonably tidy condition and double check that you have all your personal belongings - we don't ask you to change linen, dust surfaces or vacuum or wash floors. That is our job.
There is also no need to replace the many things we supply such as bathroom, kitchen and laundry essentials or the little extra like coffee pods, nuts, sugar, oils, etc- they are provided for you free of charge
We do ask if you would throw out any food or drinks you have brought into the apartment.

Great apartment, very-well located (central, yet quiet!), very well-equipped. Easy access to public transport (5 minute walk to the Flinders station), easy access by car & a free parking spot inside the building garage, indoor kid-friendly swimming pool. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, all the necessary bathroom&kitchen amenities. Jenny is an excellent host, she was always quick to address all the queries that we had before the arrival and during our stay. She also left us a few breakfast items, tea, coffee, coffee pods for the machine, many many condiments for cooking and more. We stayed for almost two weeks, and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jenny!

Excellently located for visiting all the places and activities Melbourne has to offer. A high quality apartment that is spacious, comfortable and quiet. A large easily accessible car space is an added bonus Our host Jennifer was gracious, welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

Jennifer is such a great host!! She went out of her way to get us into the apartment early after a very long day of travel. She had some great resources in a handy book and walked us through everything about the unit, the building and the general area. So helpful!! The unit was clean, spacious and cute! We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is so close to the CBD and we were able to walk to Rod Laver Arena and the MCG. There were so many options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and coffee - so spoilt for choice! And the apartment was clean, warm and quiet and the beds were so comfy! Would love to stay again some time.

Jenny was great to deal with and the property was in a great location, just a walk across the road and you're on the river, cross the bridge and you're at Flinders St Station. Highly recommend!

I am a long time Melbourne resident and businesswoman though still with a love of Perth in Western Australia where I was born and still visit regularly to see my cousins and take my Mum to see her brother.
I am blessed with a great love of people and our planet and can never seem to do enough travelling.
My husband and I live in the inner leafy area - not far from this wonderful apartment. We have 2 adult sons and a wonderful daughter-in-law.
The best part of renting out my lovely apartment to short term rentals is the wonderful people I have dealt with from all over Australia and the world.
It is delightful to see people of all types enjoying a stay in magnificent Melbourne.
I want my guests to really feel relaxed and have provided all the comforts of home and then some...
