My fully-furnished 1+ bedroom apartment in Maupuia is spacious, sunny and has jaw-dropping views of Evans Bay. Occasional sighting of dolphins!
The open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen has floor to ceiling windows, and a large sunny deck with fabulous views.
A bus stop is in front of complex just 15 minutes away from the CBD. Walk down the hill to the town of Miramar where you will find a supermarket, shops, great cafes, restaurants and a cinema.
One of Wellington's premier apartments it is modern open plan design with wall heating and afternoon sun. It is fully furnished and has floor to ceiling windows with views from both bedrooms and the lounge/dining/kitchen space. I have installed thick new carpet and shades for the windows. There is unlimited WIFI free to view TV and DVD. There is no phone but good mobile reception.
There is an outdoor patio, BBQ and some seating.
The master bedroom has a brand new queen bed, dresser and a guest wardrobe
The guest bedroom has a double fold out futon bed, a set of drawers and a guest wardrobe. It is a very small space, best used by one person.
The bathroom has a shower/bath, handbasin, heated towel rack and hair dryer
The laundry is located in the bathroom and has a new front loading washer and condenser dryer.
There is an ironing board and an iron.
There is an automatic gate that leads to the guest parking area, Please feel free to take any space that is available. At the time of confirmed reservation I will provide instructions on how to locate the keys. Please leave the keys in the flat when you leave.
The grey key fob opens the pedestrian gate to the garage when you move it over the lighted area. Enter and locate staircase 1 directly ahead of you. Go down 4 flights of stairs to apartment 2.

Other things to note
This is a small quiet well maintained 25 unit apartment complex. There is a strict Body Corp regulation, so the rules of the house listed here are mandatory.
- Please remove shoes when in apartment
- No loud noise after 10.00pm for the sake of your neighbours
- Guests are liable for any damage to the apartment and its contents
- No more than 2 guests are permitted.
Please do not hang anything over railing on balcony.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony. This is a non smoking area.
