Welcome to Amanera — your peaceful escape near Grace Bay! This beautiful, brand-new designer villa in Richmond Commons offers two spacious bedrooms (the third bedroom is locked off) and a refreshing view of Grace Bay Beach in the distance.
Step outside, walk down the stairs, and with in 5 mins you will arrive at Grace bay beach. Close to shops, dining, and attractions, Amanera ll is the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.

Arrival cleaning is included, and checkout cleaning is paid for. We kindly ask guests to note that electricity usage exceeding $150 per week will be charged at $0.56 per kWh. Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, but luggage drop-off can often be arranged upon request.
As Providenciales continues to grow, you may occasionally hear construction nearby; our rates have been adjusted accordingly for any inconvenience.
