Had a great 13 day stay in Barrie at Mark’s place. So quiet and very convenient to the lake and walking trails. Unit was clean and comfortable and any issues were met with immediate attention. Thank you!

Marks place is located
Conveniently on a quiet side street, yet within walking distance of downtown and the waterfront! It’s clear Mark goes above and beyond offering his guests excellent hospitality and all the amenities (minus washer & dryer) 100% would stay again.

My husband and I spent one night at Mark’s place, in the basement apt.
We were pleasantly surprised at how bright and airy it was, and impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apt.
The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was great and there was onsite parking.

They have the process very well managed. Great to deal with. We love leaving the car and walking a short distance to one of our favourite restaurants, the Bacio Trattoria!

Mark is very thoughtful having local suggestions payed out fir you upon your arrival. Location is great if you want to be close to downtown. There is no ac but he left a fan which we only used during the night. The apartment is keyed out nicely to give you lots of privacy in the …

Mark is a great host!! His place is cozy and exactly what I need after long days of vending at Kempenfest!! This is the second year I have stayed at Mark’s, and I will be sure to stay again next year when I come back for the festival. Five stars all across the board!!
