The 2 apartments consist of a large bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower, large living room with couch, coffe table, 2 chairs, tv, oven/stove, toaster, microwave, large fridge. Covered patio with sitting area and table with chairs for outside dining. An addtional outside sitting area is shared with the other apartment and offers amazing sunset views. One shared upper deck with lounge chair for 2.
Our 180 degrees view of the Caribbean Sea, the hills and Grand Anse Beach is our most outstanding feature. You'll feel like you're on top of the world.

My daughter is the architect of the building (opened in January 2016). She lives in Cape Town, South Africa.I live on the top floor but go to work every day, sometimes even on Saturdays or Sundays depending on the time of year.
We can have as much or as little interaction as you like. My 32 years work in tourism might come in handy though.
There is also Tony the cat. Very inquisitive and happy to socialise. And Haribo the cat, an adopted stray who is very shy. You may never see him.
