The space has been entirely redesigned by an AD100-listed architect. The volumes are open, ceilings reach 4 metres in the main room, and the whole plays on wood, stone and black steel to create a calm, crisp atmosphere, free of unnecessary effects, that comes into its own on camera.
Everything was made to measure by skilled craftsmen: joinery drawn for the space, an integrated kitchen, staircases and railings built piece by piece. Authentic materials and finishes that hold both the close-up and the wide shot.
Two independent spaces, each with its own natural-stone shower room, underfloor heating and carefully designed lighting, multiply the staging possibilities. Air conditioning is integrated throughout.
