🌳 This cozy 1 BR private suite is nestled in the ❤️ of 3 mountain ranges, in the friendly village of Valemount ❄️ 🏔

Unwind in the wood-fired sauna or have a breathtaking cold dip. Cozy up by the campfire, or stargaze on the patio. Enjoy the bear necessities like Starlink, Smart TV, and a kitchen. 5 minute walk to shops, cafes, and trails. Adventure awaits right around the corner, a short drive to Kinbasket Lake and Mount Robson!

The space
Welcome to the Headwater Hideout!

Here you'll find everything to make your experience comfortable, cozy, and memorable!

Our humble homemade nook is upcycled with nature in mind. Perfect retreat for couples, or a solo adventurer, but could sleep 4 if needed on the sofa bed.

An awesome base camp for exploring the mountains and waterfalls nearby. 15 minute drive from Kinbasket Lake, and Canoe Mountain. 30 Minute drive to the base of the largest rocky mountain, Mount Robson provincial Park. 1 hr drive to Jasper National Park. Or walk right out your front door to several hiking trails. 8 minute bike ride to our world class Valemount mountain bike park.

A cozy queen bed with wonderfully soft linens awaits. Perfect unwind for couples, or bring your kiddos along! You will love our thoughtfully designed suite, using upcycled materials and sustainable creations. An added bonus in your stay are some local natural skincare products, and our very own local coffee roasters beans!

Don't let the artisenal cabin vibe fool you, we have included all the luxuries you need to make your stay comfortable!

Here for the outdoors? In our backyard you will find a warm-fairy lit patio equipped with a BBQ, Traeger smoker, seating for 6, and a sun lounger. Or stargaze and roast some marshmallows from the campfire pit!

Take a refreshing dip in the cold plunge after sweating it out in the woodfired sauna!

Note: if you wish to use the sauna, we will need notice to have someone available to light it for you!

Minutes walk to the local coffee roastery, pubs, grocery store, pharmacy, mountain bike park, and countless trails nearby!

Note: Our neighbours have dogs that can be quite loud, apologies for this.

Sometimes we will be upstairs, and there might be some noise transfer. We have equipped the walls with soundproofing but the suite is not 100% quiet.

Guest access
You will have access to the full lower level suite, with your own private entrance. Back patio, firepit, Sauna, cold dip, BBQ, Smoker, lots of free parking.

Other things to note
SAUNA: Please inform us before your stay if you would like to use the sauna and we will make sure someone is there to Stoke it for you!

ONE sauna/cold dip session is included with your stay. If you've booked a longer stay and would like to have more than 1 sauna, we ask that $25 cash be given to the hosts.

NOISE: Our neighbours have dogs who spend a lot of time in the backyard and can be noisy. Were sorry for this in advance!

NOTE: We live in a train town, the train honks when it passes by. Sometimes the railway is quite busy, and if you are not used to it, it can wake you at night!

The Headwater Hideout is a private suite in the lower level of our home. Although we have tried our best to soundproof it, you might hear some noise from upstairs, we will try and keep this to a minimum during your stay.
