Cook in our fully equipped kitchen and relax on your private balcony overlooking the pool. Walk to Bayahibe and Dominicus beaches, local restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife, Caribbean retreat.
The space
For your convenience, there is a water cooler that includes the option to make ice. Therefore, there is no need to go to local markets.
There is a small local shop a stone's throw away to replenish your daily essentials (i.e. beverages, soaps, etc.).

The average reasonable electricity usage is denominated below:
14.29 KWH per day
100 KWH per week
400 KWH per month
This implies reasonable usage of appliances and Air Conditioning (AC). Note that that it is highly recommended to close all AC units when leaving the unit and turned back on upon your return to the unit. The units are very rapidly cooled.
Any electricity usage beyond the set parameters are chargeable by the host to the traveler.
