HOME HIGHLIGHTS
Indoor fireplaceThis is one of few homes in this area that has this feature.

Grace Note Farm is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the location, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Overnight and breakfast means lunch and dinner are off the farm as food is not permitted in the rooms. Home cooked meals are available by special arrangement.

We had a wonderful experience at Grace Note Farm. Virginia was a fabulous host; very accommodating and easy to work with. The farm is lovely, her breakfast is delicious, and the room very spacious. Pets are allowed, which was very important for me. Virginia loves animals and musi…

The animals speak for themselves: six horses, donkey, chickens, and the lovely dog Abigail make a worthwhile experience. Virginia did an exceptional job of renovating the colonial time farmhouse, with all its history the house was very clean and comfortable. Great hospitality, gr…

I was invited to my brother’s home for thanksgiving in NW Rhode Island. I wanted to also treat myself to a good old fashioned stay at Grace Note Farm so that I wouldn’t have to drive home to southern RI in the dark. When I arrived I was so impressed with the 1730 farm house and 1…

Response from Virginia:
It's a farm with many special animals including an Australian Shepherd (long hair) memorable, restorative vistas and a warm, friendly atmosphere. That's what a farm is - not the Hilton.

In defense of small historic farms, having had visitors from around the world Grace Note Farm Inn is known for warm hospitality, friendly conversation and relaxing atmosphere. I take care to serve homemade, delicious food on a gracious table and so far for 17 years breakfast is always on time - 8:30AM. Yes, I do fee the horses first as any horse owner would.

I'm a semi-retired musician that loves colonial history and lives on a property from 1730 that I made into a horse farm and inn. I love Downton Abby, Poldark and Outlander. I love meeting guests and sharing ideas. This place is colonial history, farm life, peace and tranquility. …
