The spacious kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for family meals and gatherings, complemented by two bright sunrooms and balconies with ocean views.
Outside, you’ll find a private backyard oasis complete with a pool, hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining area, ideal for relaxing days and nights under the stars. And for the ultimate hangout spot, head to the rooftop terrace with ocean-view lounge furniture, tiki bar, and a private putt-putt course—a one-of-a-kind experience in St. Augustine Beach.

The home will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.
After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $850.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 2 allowed pet(s)!
Parking Note: the driveway in front of the home can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed at this property.
