Welcome to our accommodation, located in trendy Bol, in the Marka Marulića street 13! In our stone house on two floors, we have three guest rooms to offer You. House is perfectly located, in direction to the famous "Zlatni rat" beach.
We wish You a pleasant stay!

The space
Feel at home in this simple and lovely double room suitable for 2 people. Room features a double bed, bedside tables, desk with chairs and a small wardrobe with mirror.
Room has everything You would normally need; the facilities like satellite television, Wi-Fi, 2x fans.
Room has a window at north facing the street and greenery.
Completely new renovated bathroom with a shower is situated on the same level as room, and is cleaned on a regular basis.
This bathroom is a SHARED bathroom with private blue double room.
We have available another two bedrooms - listed separately.

Guest access
Dining room, kitchen with all facilities and outdoor terrace with a sea view are for exclusive use for guest, as we got our own kitchen in our flat at the groundfloor.

During your stay
I always try to greet You personally and explain a little bit about the place. Happy to assist You with any queries You might have and make suggestions for restaurants or activities. If You would like company then I am happy to chat to You. If You would like to be alone then I respect Your space.
Anyway, I enjoy meeting new people, especially those from different countries.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge but, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption of service due to problems with the service provider.
I'm flexible with check in and out times if space permits. Check out time is by 10:00 am in order to get the room ready for other guests, but I do have space for Your luggage until You leave the city.
Prices are inclusive of: taxes, electricity, hot water, gas, towels, clean linen, pillows, blankets, bath & beach towels and the final cleaning fee.
