The home was fantastic and as described. We had an issue with a major appliance the second day of our visit and the issue was handled within 15 minutes from the time I reached out to the host. The backyard is amazing! While the home is located in a residential neighborhood, the tropical plants created the feeling of being almost secluded and we utilized the pool multiple times everyday. There are ac units in each bedroom but not the common areas, which led to a couple "warmer" days, but the doors all have retractable bug screens to accommodate great airflow which coupled with the "tradewinds", made the home comfortable most of the time and the pool was a great option to cool off as well. The beach gear that was provided was all in good working order. The Weber propane grill worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with virtually everything you need to prepare your own meals. There were a number of board games and books provided. Complimentary soaps, detergents and paper goods were provided to start our stay off well. The house is located within 5 minutes of two contemporary shopping centers which contained high end restaurant and shops, Longs Drug for any forgotten items or necessities, Starbucks, Honolua Surf Co., Tommy Bahama to name a few. It is also within 5 mins of Koloa town which offered smaller local shops, Koloa Mill Coffee and Ice Cream was one of favorites, and there is a grocery store to stock your kitchen if you are like us and enjoy cooking. We did prepare fresh on a couple nights and we bought the slabs from the Dolphin Fish Market which was located in one the shopping centers mentioned above. Pricey, but the fish was excellent! There is a guest studio attached to the home that is rented separately. It was rented during some of our stay but other than the rental vehicle parked in the driveway we never knew they were there. The studio is not afforded access to the backyard which was nice as that added to the secluded feeling we enjoyed. The Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach are a short walk away, 5 mins. or less. Swimming is discouraged at Shipwreck, red flags warning you not to swim and no lifeguard bit there is a tide pool area on the West end of the beach to see small bait fish and get your feet wet. Heritage trail starts at the East end of the beach which we walked a couple mornings. It was mostly flat and provided wonderful views, including sea turtles the entire way. We did not play during our trip but there is a golf course within a two minute drive of the home. We will definitely visit again if the house is available with the intent of renting the studio at the same time to accommodate extended family. This was my first experience with Airbnb and along with Jeremy, the host, and the great home, our...

This was advertised as a four bedroom house with four queen size beds. When we arrived it was 3 queen beds and two twin beds in one of the rooms. He came over the next day and put a bed connector to the beds. The "carpet" is a little weird and rough to walk on. The backyard was amazing and we had a lot of privacy. It was a great house for our size of group and a 5 minute drive to everything in Poipu!

Response from Jeremy:
The Property consist of 1 King bed in the master, 2 queen beds and an optional 2 twin or king bed for the 4th bedroom. The carpets are hand woven so not traditional carpeting similar to a matting or wood flooring. -Mahalo
