My modern one-bedroom apartment, situated on the top floor with ELEVATOR access, is perfectly nestled on a quiet street just behind the breathtaking Piazza della Rotonda at the Pantheon.

If you want a spot where you don’t need to worry about public transport or taxis, this is it! You can just walk around and soak up the beauty of Rome. A lot of guests love coming back to the apartment to chill out before heading back out to explore again.

You’ll be just a short stroll away from some of the city’s most iconic landmarks: Pantheon is 1 min away, Piazza Navona 4 min, Campo dei Fiori 8 min and the Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi are both about a 10-minute walk.

Elevator Access: Most historical buildings don’t have one, but mine does! No lugging your bags up endless stairs.

Natural Light: Sure, those narrow, charming streets are picturesque, but they can make a place feel dark and noisy. My apartment is bright and airy, plus you’ll enjoy amazing views of the classic Roman rooftops from a high vantage point.

Quiet: Enjoy restful nights in our top-floor apartment with insulated windows. Despite being in the city’s vibrant center, you’ll find a serene escape away from the crowds, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Spacious Shower: I designed a roomy, curbless shower because I can’t stand tiny showers, like most of roman apartments.

Thoughtful Amenities: I’ve thought of everything to make your stay comfortable—USB chargers next to the desk, various lighting options to set the mood, a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee, a milk frother, tea boiler and even a washer for you longer stay and a stable and fast internet connection throughout the house. Plenty of toilet papers, bath starter kit, extra blankets and pillows and much more…

Being on the top floor means you’ll enjoy plenty of NATURAL LIGHT, along with much-appreciated PRIVACY and TRANQUILITY —something that’s hard to come by in the city center! Plus, the SOUNDPROOF windows ensure that your nights are peaceful and restful. For your comfort, there’s also a SMART TV and AC to keep you cool during those warm summer days. There is also a WASHER for your disposal.

The master bedroom boasts a comfy double bed ( UK King size mattress 150cm x 200cm) and a spacious CUSTOM CLOSET , allowing you to unpack and settle in comfortably—no need to live out of your suitcase here! There is also a desk with USB outlets for your disposal.

The bathroom is a complete with a fantastic CURB-LESS WALL TO WALL SHOWER, fluffy white towels, hairdryer and complimentary shampoo and conditioner.

If you love to cook, you’ll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances that are easy to use ( DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE OVEN, NESPRESSO MACHINE, nespresso milk frother, built in fridge freezer, Smeg tea boiler, and toaster).

The apartment is your own. it is located on the 6th ( reachable by an elevator), which is the last floor of an historic building. Cleaned professionally for each guest with fresh linens and complimentary bathroom starter kit, hairdryer and bluetooth.

Other things to note
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:

A private car from/to the airport can be arranged

Additional fee for the check-in after 9pm :

from 21:00 to 00:00 - 30 euros
from 00:00 to 01:00 -50 euros

If you would like to guarantee an early check in before our standard time of 3 pm (in case of an early flight arrival) , please consider booking the apartment for the day prior.

Additional cleaning and linens services are available for a fee and on request for stay longer than 8 days.

Guests will be required to share digitally valid IDs/passports prior check for registration to the Italian security authorities.

Check-in will be conducted either in person or through self-check-in, depending on your arrival time.

Please respect the house and the people who live in the building.

Booking is only permitted for individuals who will be present at check-in; reservations for others are not allowed.

A charge will be applied for the loss of the house key.

My name is Marta, I was born and raised in Rome and I moved to Los Angeles in 2000 where I currently live with my husband, my son Luca, and my rescue-dog, Sushi. Since I was a little girl I dreamed about having a place in the historical center of Rome. Finally my dream came true when I found this perfect flat behind my favorite spot in Rome, the Pantheon, at the top floor of an ancient building (with elevator, which is a major bonus considering that most of old buildings in Rome don't have one). Being an interior designer I was excited to embark into a complete renovation of this lovely place paying attention to every detail and choosing beautiful furnishings without compromising functionality. Saying that I am obsessed with design is an understatement ☺ This flat is our home whenever we are in Italy and it is yours when you decide to visit the Eternal City.
