Our lovely Sleeplate Cottage is situated in the historic village of Knightcote in the heart of Shakespeare's Warwickshire.
It has a very spacious open plan kitchen siting dining room. The kitchen is solid oak with all basic amenities including a microwave and washer/dryer. There is a utility cupboard with a washer dryer, ironing board and iron. The sitting room has 2 comfy sofas.
Upstairs there is an ensuite shower room and family bathroom with bath and shower. Both showers are high pressure showers.
The Double bedroom has an antique French antique bed . With a further twin bedroom with chunky pine beds. All beds have pocket sprung mattresses, and are made up for your arrival with lovely soft cotton bed linen and fluffy towels kept warm in the airing cupboard.
There are TV’s in each bedroom and lounge. There are toys and board games provided and lots of tourist information.
There is also an information booklet which gives details of pubs and things to do in the area.
Has good phone signal.
Has reasonable rural Wi-Fi signal
Can put in cot and high chair and age appropriate toys if requested.
There is a lovely well-tended patio garden with gas barbeque.

Welcome pack includes our very yummy home made chocolate biscuits, chilled wine, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, tea towels and washing up liquid.
Have a small playground on the farm and a larger playground in the village with small football pitch and slides.
We do not have a pub in the village but have many excellent restaurants within 5 miles, from good pub grub to Michelin 2 star.
The nearest shop is 2 miles away in Bishops Itchington.

Situated on a 600 acre working arable farm where you can switch off and relax.
Guest access
You can wander around our 600 acre farm and enjoy the trails and footpaths from and across the farm, enjoy the carp pool and the vintage tractors, the model railway club and the model boating club.
