There is free 2hr street parking M-F 9am-6pm and you can park past 6pm no time limit. Sat/Sun no time limit. If you opt to park on street, spaces are often readily available during the day/evening within the block. If you need to buy temporary parking permit to park on street all day, we can assist.

Pets: if dog, non shedding accepted. Quiet and well trained!

Guests find the historical stairs quite beautiful and inviting! Very manageable as stairs are not very steep and there are several landings. Especially with all the yummy food and goodies SF offers, guests love the exercise.
No elevator in our 1906 Victorian.

*There is a walk out deck off living room guests can access daily until 9pm. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No running on deck, no parties, no vaping, no smoking, no drugs, no loud music in apt or deck!

*Cleanings are added to 30+day reservations to ensure clean and tidy apt.
Exceptions made for guests who have 5 ☆ reviews and can opt to clean themselves.

No guests beyond approved # of guests and no unapproved pets.
(please observe daily quiet hours 10pm-8am and house rules.
If not, you risk being asked to leave)

There are security cameras (never in apt) on the outside of the building for insurance and property owner's security.

Toilet paper, paper towels only provided at move in and guests will refill for their long term 30+stays

To maintain apt cleanliness, house cleanings for 30 day+ stays requested for confirmed reservations. Guests share they love returning home to a clean residence.

CONSTRUCTION & BEAUTIFICATION:
Our lovely 1906 Queen Anne is a gracious and graceful host and as she ages she occasionally needs a little helping hand to upkeep her beauty and splendor.

*Work may start again mid 2025 and feel free to check in with us as we may have construction workers at the property remodeling (Mon-Sat 8:30am-5,5:30pm) around the property or 1st floor.
There may be occasional noise and you may see workers at the building.

You may or may not see or hear anything but we are transparent so guests may enjoy their stay with little surprise.

Neighbourhood highlights

We love to be surrounded by all these beautiful homes in Pacific Heights and appreciate the history and architectural designs of this area. As we are north east the weather is a little warmer and sunnier than other more southern neighbors of the city. We have what you would call 'micro-climate'. There isn't much fog here but 10-15 min drive further away still within SF it may be overcast or not sunny.

We like to walk around and explore the newest shops or events around our friendly neighborhood. We have an ideal location and mix for the travelers, singles, empty nesters, and families. There are quite a selection of high-end as well as affordable options for eating and shopping in this area. There's something for everyone it seems and you can't find that anywhere else! We are humbled and fortunate to live in this rich and beautiful city.
