About this listing

This description was automatically translated from Portuguese using Google Translate and may not be completely accurate.

The house is located 5 km from the center of Chapada, we have waterfalls close by and a river. You will love my space for the warmth, the views and the nature that becomes so present. The place is great for couples, families, individual adventures and furry friends (pets) are warmly welcomed.

The space

The house is all rustic, with wooden furniture, a typical country house.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils.
The balcony is super nice to lay on the hammock, read a book and rest.

What to take:
- bed linen (pillow we have)
- bath towel
- repellent (in the middle of the bush there is no way, there are always mosquitoes)
- toilet paper and toiletries (shampoo and soap)
- mineral water
- what are cooking (ingredients)

Guest access

Guests will have access to the incredible views and the wonderful natural colored clays if they go to the nearest waterfall.
You can use the kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.
There is a possibility that there will be other guests in the house.
The housekeeper can help them find the supermarket, restaurants, waterfalls and all kinds of sightseeing.
OBS: I indicate some tour guides in the city, whom I know and trust.

Interaction with guests

I probably will not be in person to receive them, but I will make sure the landlord does. I'll leave all my phone numbers and e-mail address if you need or want to talk to me.
I will be available for any unforeseen events.

Other things to note

The pool will undergo a renovation and is unavailable for use, but we have several waterfalls to compensate.
The cell phone signal is pretty bad but we have wi-fi.
We have a television set with 30 channels and a DVD player if you want to take movies to watch.
NOTE: It is not allowed to give parties to non-guests, if that is the intention, to inform the host.

The house is 8km away from the centre (not 5km) and can only be reached through a sandy downhill dirt road (accessible without 4WD). We were happily surprised to have the whole house to ourselves, wonderful! It's so private! The garden and house are bigger and nicer than I expected based on the photo. The first morning we saw many monkeys in the trees around the house, amazing! There are many flowers, butterflies, other animals (agoutis), herbs and citrus trees. It is remote and natural, so there are some bugs and frogs (it jumped onto my foot twice). There is a long swing on a tree and cards and a fun game to play with. It is an amazing place for children to play around. The caretaker told us there is a waterfall nearby, but we couldn't find it. The surroundings are great for hiking and mountain biking. There is camera security, WiFi and hammocks to enjoy the garden. We had a bathroom in the bedroom and another one in the corridor, great. We wish we could stay here longer!

A casa fica a uns 10min do centro. (nota 10!). Saudades de tudo isso. Pra quem vem...seja bem vindo! : )
