Two sunny double bedrooms with King size bed or twin single bed option, two modern bathrooms with power showers, underfloor heating, heated towels rails. Modern kitchen, large table seating 6, Balcony with comfortable chairs and great views. Sliding doors to balcony with great views. Colonial style ceiling fans in each room.

You could walk along the pedestrian walkway to the City Centre, or along the promenade to Sea Point.
Beautiful Gardens and Wetlands with birdlife 5 minutes walk away.
Small pool and sun trap to relax in front of the apartment.
Large public Swimming Pools walking distance at Sea Point.

Refundable damage/ lost key/ "excessive mess" deposit of £500 required.(held by Airbnb)
Please bring own beach towels as white apartment towels unsuitable for the beach.
Clean towels and linen on arrival.self catering apartment. washer and dryer provided. Extra cleaning can be requested and arranged at minimal cost.
Dont leave wet swimming trunks of the wooden floors.
Turn off lights and ceiling fans when you leave the apartment. We provide a standard electricity usage, if you exceed that you will need to top up the electricity meter, though with normal use it is seldom needed and cost little.
Bring own laptops, free use of Wifi.
Please keep noise down as respect to neighbours.
Dont leave chair cushions out on the balcony in the rain.
No smoking.
No barbeques on the balcony.
Charges apply for standard 4 guests in two bedrooms/ twin/ double beds. Additional guests at £10 per guest: optional double sofa bed on request.

The apartment we stayed in at Mouille Point was as described in the listing. It was located in an excellent position for us. It was well furnished and adequately equipped. Checking in and out was easy. We were able to enjoy Cape Town with this as our home base. Thank you for the bowl of oranges.

Great and central place to book a holiday. Great coffee and breakfast spots close by and short uber / taxi rides to central town.

Our family had a great time at Gordon's flat. Great location, great place. Sharne and his wife sorted the hiccups with the plumbing efficiently. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in Gordon's beautifully decorated apartment. It was conveniently located with walking distance to fantastic restaurants and V&A Waterfront. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable and with two separate bathrooms there was no queuing in the morning. Ample public parking was located next to the apartment building. The view from the living room of Signal Hill and the golf course was stunning. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment.
