If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers at World Square. The luggage storage facility is known as CBD STORAGE located on level P6 at the corner of Pitt & Goulburn St. You may walk or drive in with 30 mins worth of free parking to drop off your luggages. They charge anywhere from AU$11 per piece for 24 hours worth of storage.

This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$19 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

NOISE
In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine of AU$200 or more by our local council or the local police station.

SMOKING
If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.

PETS
Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AU$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.

CHILD SAFETY
If you plan to bring your kid(s) along, please take note that this property has a balcony with a sliding door. You may still book at your own risk.

COOKING
If you plan to cook, that's fine but please note that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the balcony door and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

Check-ins are anytime after 2pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10am.

No parking on property - The nearest paid parking lot is at "WILSON PARKING" - 233 Castlereagh St, which is about a 4min walk away from where we are.

This place is NOT as advertised. Short version, the location is good but the stay at this place is quite miserable. Stay here only if you are the deepest sleeper alive and don't care about a nasty building and have a lot of money to waste for a lack of value. Long version: the location is right in CBD which makes it easy to walk around and get to public transportation. But at almost $200CAD a night, we sure had a lot of issues: 1) We entered the building and the floor in the hallways was green carpet that felt old and moldy... and the hallways smelled awful (everyday was either fish, meat, eggs) because the carpet holds onto the smells... The apartment itself was sprayed like crazy with something like Febreeze which made for a cocktail of smells like honestly made me nauseated. I never realised how important the building is for a stay at an AirBnB (he doesn't have any pictures of it). 2) Then the troubles began: the apartment is right on the street, first floor, so you can literally hear people's conversations. The CBD noise is to be expected, but the proximity right on the street makes for miserables nights. 3) The first night we arrive, and the bathroom vent is on FULL BLAST and you cannot turn it off. Ok, so we try to close the bathroom door, but the lock is broken! Actually, it didn't even exist. So we couldn't close the door. So you couldn't make the vent noise less, you just had it on. I reached out to Jared who told me to speak with the man who had us check in and he came back and did absolutely nothing. So not only was the building gross and the room sprayed with nauseating air spray, but the vent noise was louder than our voices. After difficult communication with the host I reached out to AirBnB who helped me get a response from him and a refund for that first night. Only after reaching out to AirBnB did he answer me. Very difficult communication. 4) To continue, the bed has ABSOLUTELY NO support. I kept falling into the middle of it and my joints hurt because it felt like I was sleeping on a mass of pillows, not a bed. Sofa bed pretty thin and the same deal for my travel companion. That first night I did not sleep with the combination of all these factors. 5) Little things, like there were only two full length towels for two of us, no hand towels?? The shower head was broken and permanently lowered so if you are taller than 170cm/5"6, good luck showering comfortably... Didn't feel like the host was happy to host us, but rather that we were just paying customers... 6) Last but not least, the last day we got a BUG!!! Some cockroach/beetle mix, I am not sure. I was revolted and there was no reason for a bug to be...

Hi Maria,your feedback appear to be inexhaustive to the point of being alleged. I will nevertheless make an attempt to address as many as time permits: True to say that the cost of living in Syd is high as reflected in the prices of accommodation in and around the city center. A budget of less than $200CAD unfortunately,does not afford you the luxurious accommodation you seem to expect. That said,we are very careful in ensuring that all of our units are kept & maintained in the best possible condition along side with having to put affordable pricing & location as priorities. We thank you for highlighting the fact that our neighbours are non-vegetarian,but in all seriousness,we have no control on what transpires on the hallways. If you had wanted a peaceful & quiet location,you should not have opted for prime CBD area. This particular unit caters to travellers & holiday makers who wants the ease and convenience of getting around the city. Hard & soft beds,just as pillows are a matter of personal preference and bugs would have been kept out of the unit if the balcony sliding doors were shut. We tried to send a second person over to have a look at the toilet vent & door but was informed he was denied entry by you. We thank you nonetheless & wish you safe travels.

An amazing location. Close to Town Hall station which will get you anywhere you need to be. You could eat at a different place every night and still have places go to. Very close to Darling Harbor and China Town.

Fantastic location, super close to shops and cafe’s. If you’re coming from the airport Museum Station is super close, as is Town Hall Station. A little noisy when the balcony door is left open, but once the door is closed it’s fine. Great coffee directly below on ground level to get your day started! We had two adults and a 10 year old stay and it was perfectly comfortable.
