Guest access
You’ll have the entire house and property to yourselves during your stay, giving you plenty of space to relax and feel at home. The only exception is one small, locked closet reserved for host storage. Everything else is yours to enjoy, with complete privacy throughout your visit.

Other things to note
Please note that two fenced fields on the property are occasionally leased to our neighbours at Topsy Farms for livestock (sheep) grazing. If animals are present within these fenced areas or on the neighbouring property to the east, we kindly ask that guests respect the livestock at all times. The trail system remains fully accessible regardless of livestock presence.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, we also ask that guests remain on our side of all fence lines while enjoying the property.
