Lots of entertaining and sleeping space, quiet road and leafy part of Brighton. Nice local pubs and parks but also a quick bus into centre of the city and seafront in 15 mins. Bus runs every ten mins. Off street parking. Two friendly Bengal cats.

The space

A great family home to enjoy some fun by the seaside and all the city of Brighton has to offer.

Guest access

You can access all parts of the house apart from one single bedroom which will be locked. Access to garden with swings, monkey bars, football goals, basketball hoop and trampoline. Off street parking for three cars.

In the house is kitchen, lounge with sky and Apple TV, playroom with Xbox 360, day room with double bed and desk, bathroom, double bedroom (with spare mattress), main double bedroom with ensuite.

Interaction with guests

We are always available on email and text. My brother Ben and neighbour Lucy both have keys for access if needed and if any problems arise.

Other things to note

We have two lovely Bengal cats. Chewie is a boy and is the bigger of the two, he also has stripes. He is a bit more outdoors cat and likes to go out the front door (although he can use cat flap). He also is cheeky and if your eating cereal would like a little bowl of milk! Jags is the girl, she has spots and is smaller. She is much more of a house cat and can be found sleeping A LOT. They have a sachet each of food in the morning and again evening and top up of biscuits.
