Everything in the cabin is practically brand new. Open floor plan. Heat/AC, Dish Network satellite TV, Frontier high-speed internet/Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen and gas grill, plenty of couch space in the living room, a shower and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a full size washer and dryer, an outside shower, a huge fenced-in backyard for the kids and pets to play, and much more.

Tons to do in the area. Outdoor paradise, dining, shopping, etc.

Cute house, but the driveway is extremely steep! Use caution if you are going in the rain or snow. Also, the beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. The host is very kind and accommodating.

Response from David:
The driveway is easy in the rain, we do it all the time without 4wd. But yes if it's snowing the driveway is certainly difficult to navigate. I'm sorry you found the beds uncomfortable. Most others (myself included when I stay there) find them plenty comfy. Thanks for the feedback.

Please was immaculate and instructions and communication was very crisp. Really nice touches with toys/games/puzzles for the kiddos that occupied us for a rainy morning.

We stayed only for 1 night to visit the Railroad Museum and the Polar Express event with my family. The cabin was perfect for the 6 of us (4adults / 2children) Location is great, very close to downtown and the heat worked wonderfully considering the very low temperatures outside…

Great place to stay! Very convenient to downtown Bryson City! We came for the polar express and it was so convenient being so close! The place is clean and just like described. It was very nice having a fenced in yard for our dogs. We had a great time and would stay here again.

road is very narrow to house--if not watching closely..will miss turn in for road to house.

Response from David:
Yes always important to pay attention to directions in the mountains where GPS can be spotty. I always encourage everyone to review and have handy the directions I provide.
