Apartment was just as listed, easy check in, short walk on foot/even shorter walk from trains from all touristy attractions. Would stay here again!

Marleens place was great. Clean with a great bed, security was a real bonus too. The location is only a few stops from the barnhof and there are loads of great food places in the street. I would love to stay again if I return to Munich.

Great place and good deal for Munich. Cute little studio located very close to a train stop and plenty of restaurants around the block. The apartment is cozy and fits 2 people comfortably.

This studio apartment is in the center of the University area of Munich. Very close to the city center, in Marienplatz, this was the ideal location for my husband and me. While we didn't meet Marleen during our stay, her neighbor kindly assisted in showing us the space. Marleen's home came with everything you would need in a stay for a short or long stay. I would definitely recommend it. The washer and dryer is located in the cellar, which we found out costs 2 Euros for each load. Not a big deal, but we ended up taking it out to be done so that we could explore the city more. Wifi works very well, and I was able to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) with no problems. Many pubs and cafes close to the home, and while we walked everywhere in the city, you can also take the public transport which is around the corner. Overall, I would love to stay here again.

The location is great, the city centre is just 10-15 minutes away by foot, there are lots of restaurants and bars just outside the building, the metro station is 5 minutes away. The apartment is small but nice and there is everything you might need. Marleen is very friendly and easy to get in touch with, she answered all our questions promptly and fully. All in all it's a great place to stay while in Munich.

Marleen's apartment is in a great location. You can walk to nearly everything from there and there are great places to eat and drink on your doorstep. The kitchen is pretty tiny but its got a lovely balcony and the bed was really comfortable. Marleen was easy to contact which made check in and check out easy too.
