About this listing
La Joya #2 is an unexpected jewel in the center of town. Close to art and culture, groceries, banking, restaurants, and the beach. Great views from the spacious shared roof deck. This jewel is good for couples or families. The lovely second floor apartment has a well equipped kitchen, two queen bedrooms, beach gear and coolers and access to a shared washing machine. There is a first floor studio apartment which can be rented separately or together to accommodate larger groups.
La Joya has only 2 units. They are very separate.
The roof deck is now accessible. Guests at both units can share the very spacious double decker roof living space. There are several separate seating areas on the roof and one barbecue grill.
There are some beach toys, chairs and coolers for guests to use stored in a first floor chest.

I am an Artist and a Real Estate professional. My husband and I love to travel and take at least one trip a year to South America and Chile where I was born. We like amazing scenery, ruins and great crafts. Our favorite recent destinations would be Peru, Guatemala and Vietnam and Cambodia .
I have said about my self "I am selling dreams" First as an artist and now as a real estate broker specializing in vacation homes, and certainly the cottage we own is another dream we love to share.
I have spent most of my life and career helping and hosting Mermaids Cottage (Villa la Sirena ) is the first rental property we have owned but I manage several rental properties on our beautiful island for other owners.
My hosting style is to great you, orient you and to always be available either by phone, text or email but I am wise enough to give my guests their privacy and they will not see me again until checkout unless it is by their choice or I am dealing with some issue or request.
